Merritts Solicitors are seeking a conveyancing administrator/file opener to join their residential property department. The role will involve administrative support for fee earners, providing quotes and opening files and updating systems. Administration and legal experience is helpful but not essential as training will be provided. Attractive salary available and options for progression in the future.

Conveyancing Secretary

We are currently recruiting for an experienced and enthusiastic Legal Secretary, to join our team in Yarm, to provide the highest level of secretarial and administrative support to Solicitors and Executives in the team.

The successful candidate will work primarily in our Conveyancing department assisting with all conveyancing matters. Experience of working in a busy conveyancing department as well as having a sound knowledge of the process, forms and procedure are essential. Attractive salary available.

Residential Conveyancer

Merritts Solicitors LLP require another conveyancer, preferably a qualified solicitor or member of CILEX to join their busy conveyancing department. The role will involve handing purchases, sales, re-mortgages, transfers of equity and leasehold transactions. The candidate will ideally have 3 years’ experience of fee earning.
