Making a Will

By making a Will you will ensure that your money and property goes to the people you want to receive it. With our help the process is straight forward and will ensure that complications do not arise for other people after you die. Even if you have already made a Will it needs to be reviewed at regular intervals to ensure that it continues to match your current personal and financial circumstances.

Fixed Price Will

We offer a fixed price for certain types of Will. Please contact us for further details.

Inheritance Tax

If the value of your total estate exceeds the Inheritance Tax threshold then your estate is potentially liable to inheritance tax. We can advise you on ways of reducing or eliminating this liability.

Lasting Powers of Attorney

A Lasting Power of Attorney (LPA) is a legal document which allows you to appoint a person or people to make decisions for you, or to act on your behalf if you are no longer able to or no longer want to make your own decisions.

Probate and Estate Administration

When someone dies it may be necessary to apply for probate in order to administer their affairs. We can advise and assist in that process. We can deal with as much or as little of that process as you wish, from either applying for probate to administering the estate from start to finish.

Lasting Powers of Attorney

There are a number of good reasons to make a Lasting Power of Attorney (LPA). We can advise you upon this matter and ensure that your LPA is properly prepared and registered with the Office of the Public Guardian.
